Corkfashion.com specialises in products made of selected cork from Portuguese Cork Oak trees.

Privacy.
We protect your privacy and your data will not be given to any third party. 

Payment.
We accept:

Wire transfer (bank transfers)
Payment at delivery (Portugal only)

Shipping & Delivery Times.
We ship worldwide.

Delivery time is the estimated time from we send the products and until you should receive them.

Total time (the time from you order and until you receive the products) is dependent on the availability of the item/s in your order. A total delivery date can in principle not be guaranteed, since we have no influence on delays in delivery by the manufacturer and/or the shipping partners or force majeure.

Delivery Costs and Further Delivery Time Information
We ship with registered Air Mail or by courier. Our shipping prices are automatically calculated based on destination country and the weight of the products ordered.

The total shipping/delivery costs are shown in the checkout.

Product warranty.
We give you a two-year product warranty on all products. The product warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, external damage, or due to incorrect use.

Return policy.
1. Standard products can be returned to us, or exchanged.

You must contact us first, to receive a return-number. Without this return-number, we will not accept your return. Just send the product to us

- in the original packaging, and suitable for re-sale again
- with the return-number you have received from us
- with a copy of the order or invoice
- the reason for the return
- within 14 days after reception of the product

and we will exchange your product or refund your money within 2 days after reception of the returned goods. Refunds will be made by re-crediting the payment card account from which the money was originally debited, or by transfer to your bank account if you paid by bank transfer.

You are responsible for the shipping and shipping costs to us. Please keep a "proof of postage" when returning goods.

2. Made-to-order products cannot be exchanged, returned or canselled.

3. Defective products
If the product is within the warranty period, you can send the defective product to us.
Please include your name, order number, a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return.

The product will be repaired, or replaced with a new product, and sent back to you without any transport cost.

We cannot issue refunds for defective items.

CorkFashion, as well as other names, button icons, text, graphics, logos, images, designs, titles, words or phrases, audio clips, page headers and service names used on this web site are the trademarks, service marks, trade names or other protected intellectual property of CorkFashion, or it's owner. They may not be used in connection with any third party products or services. All other brands and names are the property of their owners.

Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction shall, as far as legally permissible, be Barreiro/Portugal. The place of performance shall be the registered office of the company. For all legal relations between us and the party ordering, the law of the Portugal shall apply to the exclusion of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods 1980 (CISG), even if the party ordering has its registered office abroad. The language of the court shall be Portuguese.

In these terms and conditions: CorkFashion is a service of Advanier Importação e Exportação Unipessoal Lda. "CorkFashion" means, CorkFashion / Advanier Importação e Exportação Unipessoal Lda and any successor in title: "We and Us" means CorkFashion / Advanier Importação e Exportação Unipessoal Lda either as an individual corporate entity or together with you, as the context requires. "You" means the person ordering goods subject to these terms and conditions.
